That's Ren & Stimpy, that is! Two of my most favorite men in the entire world: stupid though they may be. The Ren and Stimpy Show kicks major TV Bootoo - it's the best show on (besides Sesame Street) Let me introduce you to the duo from hell:
That's Ren Hoek. He's a Chiuawa that sells rubber nipples. He's pretty much the guy in charge, but he's rather tyrannical. He is known for his cases of Space Madness, which involve boiled football leather and ice cream bars. He also enjoys wearing a space helmet, and ironing his underwear (shown here).
That's Stimpy with his hero, Muddy Mudskipper. Muddy's got his own TV show, and Stimpy watches it religiously. Stimpy is a cat. His favorite record is the 'Happy Happy Joy Joy' record. When he turns it on, Ren & Stimpy have a dancing party.
Ren and Stimpy get along really well most of the time. Like I said, Ren is a bit tyrannical...so Stimpy has a lot to deal with...but then, so does Ren. Stimpy annoys the hell out of Ren with his Nose Goblins (boogers) and Muddy Mudskipper-watching. Together, they're a pretty good pair.

The Adventures of Ren and Stimpy also include the wonderful LOG™ Song. What would we do without that LOG™ Song??? For those of you who are running, it goes like this:
